By registering for the Numalytics webinar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

These terms apply to all attendees, participants, and visitors who access or use our webinar services.

Our webinar is offered free of charge. Registration is subject to the availability of seats, which are limited.

• •Registration does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached
• •Numalytics reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the webinar at any time without prior notice
• •In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified via email
• •Numalytics is not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes to the webinar schedule

All content presented during the webinar, including but not limited to slides, frameworks, methodologies, visuals, and recordings, is the exclusive intellectual property of Numalytics.

• •Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, or redistributing any part of the webinar without prior written consent from Numalytics
• •Unauthorised use or reproduction of webinar content may result in legal action
• •Sharing personal notes and learnings is permitted provided proper attribution is given to Numalytics

All attendees are expected to participate respectfully and professionally. The following behaviour is prohibited:

• •Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in chat or Q&A
• •Spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation during the session
• •Disrupting the flow of the webinar or harassing other participants

Numalytics reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without prior warning.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
